Capture The Magic Vacations launched in 2017 with the purpose of helping families plan their dream vacation to a Disney Destination or other inclusive family vacation. We believe that taking family vacations is something everyone should get to experience. It is where memories can be created, the kind that last a lifetime!
We are affiliated with the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) and are part of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). We are all graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge. Many agents are also Universal Orlando Specialists, SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment Travel Specialists, Certified Sandals (and Beaches) Specialists, Marriott Hotel Excellence Graduates and Hilton Hotel Travel Agent Graduates.
Since our beginning we have assisted hundreds of clients in experiencing the magic that they were looking for with the planning assistance of our knowledgeable travel professionals. All of our travel professionals are Disney specialists, having not only completed the Disney required College of Disney Knowledge courses initially, as well as, all new courses offered. Our team members have also traveled to Disney with their own families often and are therefore very well versed with personal experiences in the recommendations that they make to their clients. All of our professionals are dedicated to providing each client with the experience that they are looking for with their Disney travel and offer everything from simple bookings and support to full service concierge service, such as Disney Dining, FastPass reservations, and magical extras. Our professionals provide insight on resort selection, recommendations for package details, and of course work to provide the absolute most for your vacation budget by working with you to create the perfect package for your family in terms of accommodations, details and of course budget. Connie went above and beyond to make sure we had the best family vacation that our family has had in 15 yrs! She was in constant contact and met every possible need we had. Connie became not just our travel agent but a wonderful friend. She was amazing, caring to my needs after an unforeseen surgery that we needed to make accommodations for at the resort, she took care of it.
