Decline Travel Protection

Trip insurance is strongly recommended by Capture the Magic Vacations, LLC to protect our clients from certain situations that could cause this trip to be cancelled, interrupted, and/or delayed resulting in a loss of time and monies. Please consider adding Separate Travel Insurance to your reservation.

Suppliers can and will impose penalties even if travel is cancelled due to illness or emergency. Again, we strongly recommend separate travel insurance to cover such penalties as well as mid-travel emergencies. If you have questions about Travel Protection coverage, please ask your travel planner for details.

I understand the cancellation/amendment policies of the vendor’s travel program that I have purchased. I agree to pay all charges, fees, or penalties, and hereby hold Capture the Magic Vacations free of any claims made as a result of the changes/cancellation of this travel reservation.
