Capture the Magic Vacations is looking for highly motivated people with a passion for anything Disney and anything Travel to join our family of new and experienced travel planners. We provide comprehensive training to all candidates who possess knowledge and passion for travel and quality customer service.
We are a purely commission based company and have no employees, only independent contractors. What sets us apart from other Disney Destination, Cruise and Universal Orlando Agencies is we work together as a family. We train together, meet and travel together as often as we can and we share the burden of the work that is required to make the magic happen.
Our desired qualifications are:
- At least 4 visits to Disney Destinations, with at least one in the past 12 months
- Expert-level knowledge of Disney Destinations
- Highly motivated and organized
- Comfortable with technology and online research
- Active user of social media
- Self-directed
- Works well with others
- Comfortable with sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Customer service qualifications
