Jill went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! She was extremely helpful when it came to thinking through traveling with our elderly parents and checked on us when she found out my dad had cancer in December and my parents had the flu just a few weeks before our trip. The hotels she arranged were fabulous and the transfers were invaluable. I have already shared her name with friends looking to book an Alaskan vacation!
